Can I replace a 1024x600 10.1" LED backlit netbook screen with a 1280x720 10.1" netbook screen?

If the screens have the same kinds of connectors and there's no interference in the mounting points, I don't see why not. The graphics chip is probably capable of dealing with the larger resolution as it was probably chosen more for its bulk pricing than being able to just power that particular size screen.
