My keyboard on my laptop is acting weird.?

Please make sure you don't touch your touch pad while typing. Shut down your system and lightly rough your touch pad. Restart it again. If you still see the problem, take the laptop to a servicing center and let them check the touch pad and it's driver. I have the opinion that the problem is from your touch pad and not from the keyboard.
